Ingredients: Ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, milk, egg white, garlic, cayenne, mozzarella, FF marinara sauce, water, spaghetti, and escarole (I subbed arugula).

End Result:
Verdict: Pretty good though a little bland. Definitely needs more cayenne. I didn’t really even notice that they had mozzarella inside, however they were pretty easy to make. The escarole in the pasta kind of clumped together.
Improvements: Add more cayenne. Either add more mozzarella on the inside or skip it entirely, as the amount recommended really didn’t add anything to the dish. Skip the escarole; it’s not really noticeable or needed, and besides, green leafies don’t look good in the teeth after eating.
